Help getting pregant
It's been making me feel good i feel energetic throughout the day maybe it's the vitamins I am missing but I love it this alos helps a bit with waight loss not as hungry when i take it. My doctor said this would help me get pregnant so I am giving it a shot to see how this will help me i am on my 2nd month of it and the effectiveness is working pretty well. The pill is pretty good size to take not like a horse pill haha. The price is great feel like im actually paying a good price for it nothing to crazy.

I will purchase again because I have noticed a difference the skin improvement, no side effects I've noticed that are bad, no bad taste while taking, the duration last all day of better energy and focus, and for the dosage I take 2 a day.

Helpful with PCOS
I've used these quite a few times and never had any issues with them. I have PCOS and wanted to try to treat some of my symptoms naturally with Inositol and kept using this brand. They may have helped with some of my insulin resistance issues for a while and kept my periods somewhat regular. I've never had excess hair growth or missed periods so I can't speak to those benefits but I never had any reactions from taking these. I did like that you only had to take two of this particular brand per dose and these seem more affordable than some other brands.

Easy swallow
This is my second bottle. I didn't know I needed until I started taking it. I lost a lot of weight quickly I guess it was a lot of bloating. My cravings for chips and chocolate almost disappeared. That was apart of my diet like milk and bread lol. I didn't know I had such a problem until the third day I went to the market to buy more and I had NO desire for the junk food. - I bought this because I self diagnosed myself with PCOS and felt I need to regulate my hormones. So glad I bought this. Will be buying more as I run out
