Good shelter for outside cat.
I think this is going to be very nice for my outside cat. It's pretty sturdy, no problem there and it's roomy enough for two (not huge) cats who get along well. It is very easy assemble. Took me 30 minutes by myself, no problem there either. I saw someone say something about the odor and I don't believe it's chemicals or the paint, although it does not say what it's made of it smells like cedar wood to me. If so this is good because cedar naturally repeals bugs. All in all I like this little house and for the price it's down right a bargin. Although I would not leave it right out in the open exposed weather, would shorten it's usable life span I would think but other than that if need be it can do it for a few years. Maybe someone can comment on that if they had it longer than me. I put mine in a carport anyway because it's convenient for me. Make your outside cat warm, dry and happy, get one for your furry friend.

Easy to assemble, might be too big for a cat.
Easy to put together and pretty sturdy. I put it in the garage for the feral cat who sneaks in when it's cold. This guy camped out in my garage all laat winter on an old dog bed near the door. He terrorized my cats and they wouldn't walk past him to go outside. I hoped the house would get him to move away from the door but he showed no interest in it. However the possum who comes in to eat the food I leave out for the feral cat seems to like it.

Great house!
I was so surprised by this little house. The quality is excellent! Very easy to assemble. Roomy inside and the roof lifts up for easy cleaning. I added a wall of insulation. This was for a senior feral stray cat that showed up on our property. I had it outside at first and it did not leak in the rain. Now the house is in our shed and our new friend can stay safe and warm in our shed. Highly recommend this little house!

Good so far!
I haven’t finished building it yet (my drill batteries died so I’m charging them as I write this), but so far it seems really good! The wood isn’t expensive quality but it’s good quality for what this is being used for. The directions were very easy to follow, and nothing was missing :) I also love how the roof came with 2 of the hinges already attached, so it’s easier to line up. I didn’t put the curtain door on since my cat is allergic to plastic, but I could easily rig something up for winter time to warm it up in there. I rated it at 4 stars because I discovered two things. One, there is a crack on part of the wood, but it’s not deep enough to cause any real structural weaknesses. Two, there were no pre-drilled holes on the back piece for the roof hinges to attach to, so I had to drill my own holes. It’s not a big deal for me, but if someone didn’t have a drill, this would be a big issue. I definitely recommend using a drill though! Not just in case you have to drill your own holes, but because it’s so much faster and more convenient :D All in all though, at this point in time, I would buy it again and also recommend it to others :)

It worked for what I wanted and doesn't leak
I bought this for my indoor outdoor feral, he would lay on top of it but not go in. The neighbor mama cat has raised 2 sets of kittens in it. It was easy to put together just put it in a corner where it can't get blown over. We have a lot of wind in our yard, so I had to choose a spot carefully. It wasn't expensive I did have to pay shipping; it will hold 2 large cats comfortable or 3-4 medium. I put a old rug in there and change it about once a month depending on whose there more if kittens.

EXCELLENT
I got this for my bunny rabbit for Christmas! She loves it. She didn’t at first and chewed on it a little bit. I had to show her that she can go through the little clear door. I keep her hay inside of it and I found a rug to put under it to keep it all clean and tidy. It is PERFECT! She spread all of the hay out so she just goes in side and eats the hay to her heart is content! The roof lifts up too! It’s sooooo cute and made her little area so cute and tidy! Took me and a friend about 30 mins to put together but you can do it alone and it will probably still take the same amount of time. We didn’t have a drill. You don’t need one, but it will cut the time in half I’m sure. 10/100, get this for your small pet! A rabbit may chew it up, but that’s not the little pet houses fault! We love this at our house, it’s probably the best thing I’ve purchased for my rabbit! I think all small pets will LOVE this. It’s of excellent quality!

Not bad
I like it. I used it as a litter box house. However, whatever is used for the roof constantly comes off whenever you open the top so it’s very annoying and messy. Other than that I like it.

Impressive quality, great instruction. It’s a bargain at $40
Got this house to winter wild cat that hangs around our house. I was totally impressed with the packaging and quality of the build. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. For $40 it’s a fantastic deal. No way I could even come close to building it for that much. Wood is tongue and groove and each section is doweled together before screws are installed. Can be easily disassembled if not not needed in summer months. Rarely an I impressed with the build quality of anything these days. This product is a pleasant exception to that. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
