Question 1

Will the manufacturer/distributor please verify the ingredients. Is it 100% Tea Tree oil?

I purchased the Lavender Essential Oil over a year ago and no other ingredients were listed except the essential oil, leading me to believe it was undiluted 100% lavender essential oil. I was considering re-ordering but I can see now it states two other ingredients: 1 - Triethyl Citrate Oil and 2 - Lavender 40/42 Fragrance Oil. While fragrance oils are synthetic, lavender 40/42 is not. The term 'therapeutic' also implies all natural oils as only 'high, therapeutic grade' can ensure the correct composition of the active natural compounds that give the essential oils the therapeutic properties. So I am confused by the contradictory and confusing terms (note, it is missing the term 'high' before 'therapeutic grade') and given the lower price, I am inclined to believe it contains some artificial ingredients. I would like to confirm this though. Any thoughts?

Im thinking of buying this to clear the spiders out of my house. Will this work to get them out of my house? How best to use it to do so?

I bought the product. I also work with arachnids, reptiles, amphibians and vermin. Peppermint on occasion will help to keep some pests out. It doesn't last long. We have many varieties of mint growing and spiders are found on the plants. 
Those who do have some luck with the oil, you can use it straight or 25% pmo to 75% water. Apply however you like. You can mist, spray stream, or use a cloth and leave wet. Arachnids, bugs and insects will generally not cross a line of cleaning product. Inclusive dish soap. Once its dry, the scent is not a faithful repellent. 
Seal cracks and crevices. Check items you are bringing inside from outdoors. 
Also, oils can be toxic to mammals. Do not use in an area pet or small farm animals may come into contact.

Question 3

All the reviews i read refer to peppermint oil not tea tree oil, which is the item listed. is this tea tree oil and is it 100% pure?

At the top you can choose tea tree, peppermint, or lavender.  And you can filter the reviews by which (almost all are peppermint, but a few tea tree reviews are available).  It says 100%, but it also says therapeutic grade, which is maybe something different than most of the more expensive, smaller tea tree oils.

Question 4

Anyone using this peppermint oil for mosquito repellent?

Yes.  I use a 16 oz. glass spray bottle about 1/4 peppermint oil and 3/4 water.  It seems to work.  I keep a full bottle for quick use.  I haven't noticed as many mosquitoes, absolutely NO spiders and/or mice!! Hope this helps.
