Hi, I bought this product, but when I changed from skyQ to an old HD+ box there is no signal on input 1. Have I done something wrong. No signal.

Do you have signal on any of the inputs. If not then you might have to adjust the dish and skew or the lmb could be faulty.

Will this work with freesat hd? my unit has two ports 1=in & 1=out and never purchased an lnb before, so not sure what i need?.

LNB connections on your Freesat PVR are both input. You need to connect the LNB to the Freesat pvr with twin co-axial cable. Plenty of information on the Freesat website on how to install.

ive just bought a hisense tv and i want to use my sky q dish for freesat straight into my tv what lnb do i require for a single tv please

Before you purchase have you tried connecting everything using the lnb /sky dish. We just plugged out Freesat box in using our sky dish and it all worked. We bought this lnb but then didn't need to use it. Only thing was is our sky dish is the old style and it doesn't fit without modification.
