スキーのブーツであたりが出てしまい、こちらを購入しました。 足に貼り付けて位置がずれないように靴下を履くのが面倒です。厚みがありますが弾力性があるのでブーツを普段どおりの位置で締めても圧迫感がなく、痛みがほとんどなくなりました。ブーツのインナーにドーナツ型にして貼り付けるタイプのパッドも試しましたが、そちらはブーツを締めると圧迫感が強く、うっ血して足がしびれてしまいましたが、こちらのシリコンパッドはそれがなかったです。洗って使いまわしてます。

My husband wanted these for ankle support for when he went rollerblading. They worked great. He even put them in the freezer for a while before use… highly recommend.
