I love this yeast. I make a loaf of bread every 4 days as well as rolls on holidays. The size saves lots of money over what I can get in the stores. I keep it in an airtight container in the freezer. Purchase this every few months. I make a lot of bread and this is the best way to buy yeast. It stores well in the fridge. I've never had an issue with proof when using this yeast. Will be buying again when I start to run low.

Everything went well except we ordered 4 packs and only got 3. The seller's communication was good and they took care of the problem quickly and offered a refund. The yeast was perfect, fresh and still in date, expiration date of 12-2027. They shipped in a reasonable time as well.
