Used item being sold as new
There was no proper packing. Nothing was covering the item such as plastic bag or paper. Improperly packed! It looked like it was a used item, had dirt stains. One of the boxes was crushed from the sides.For a $200 item it certainly was not worth keeping. We returned them as soon as we opened the boxes.Please dont sell used item as new!

If you do have any trouble with these lights ( I purchased five, in various sizes ) you will be totally surprised at the level if product and customer support this vendor has- I know I was! These orbs make a gorgeous outdoor glow at night and they even look when off.
