How long does the adhesive work ?

If you look after the pads then a long time. I used them in new safety boots which I wear for 12 hrs a day. They’ve been good for a year. Just need to be careful when putting your shoes on that your heel doesn’t rip the pad off.

Can i order the thick version ?

Can't help you with those thick version but of course order those thick if you want to it all depends what you want those Heel cushion for I wanted them for my shoes not to keep slipping of I would say the thick ones would be for making your shoes smaller
