Heavy duty, quiet, mixes great.
I love this! The machine itself is so pretty, the attachments are heavy duty and well made. I mixed up some dense cookie doughs and this thing was quiet and smooth the entire time. I LOVE the light. Im so glad I got this over a kitchen aid. It mixes great, feels heavy duty, easy to clean, quiet, stops on a dime. For the price this thing is worth it. bUt ItS fRoM cHiNa!! So is your phone. Calm down or buy the big brand for x3 the price and half the longevity.

High quality mixer! A game changer at a great price!
Update Aug 25 2024 - 8 months on going strong.. What a machine! Amazing, quiet, powerful! Many batches of bread , cakes, muffins turned out beautifully! So happy that I selected this after a lot of research comparing with famous brands like KA, Breville, Bosch, Kenwood. My last one was a KA bowl lift. I wish Zacme would advertise more so more people can know about this great mixer. I thank Amy learns to cook for the demo of this machine that got this on my radar. Great quality for a great price! Looking forward to using my Zacme for Fall/Holiday entertaining! Update April 20 24 Amazing machine. Baking 2-3 batches of breads each time. We are only eating homemade breads for past 4 months. This is so powerful a machine for big batches of dough. And still super quiet. I have used KA for many years but the Zacme is so much better and stronger. Cannot even compare them. Maybe the KA commercial could be good but this one is at less than half $. The accessories are all steel and the timer/pause etc is super convenient. If you are looking for a stand mixer I would recommend Zacme in a heartbeat. Jan 20 24It’s been a month since I bought the 7.4 Zacme. I am impressed how well this machine works. I bought after watching it on YouTube ( Amy Learns to Cook). Due to quality, functionality and price I chose this after months of research and compared with Ank, Bosch, KA etc. . The DC motor is super quiet, love the timer/pause function and fabulous stainless steel heavy accessories. The 7.4 qt also has the digital accessory selector for safety. The stir speed is amazing. I have kneaded dough for 2-3 loaves at a time following the recommended volume and hydration%. It keeps going for 7-12mins or more without any noise, strain or jumping. Compared to my old famous name mixer the dough hook motion gathers all the flour from the bottom and the sides without requiring constant scraping. Cookies and cake came out excellent. For questions I was able to connect via email provided by Amazon. Very responsive customer service!! Highly recommend.

The Best Mixer I’ve Ever Used
Let me state for the record: I do not write reviews. I don’t have the time or the patience for it. This, however, is different. Secondly, let me state that KitchenAid is a generational thing in my family. 3 generations plus various aunts and other family members all have KitchenAids. I am the rebel in the family and this is no exception. When I was searching for my own KitchenAid, I happen to come across this mixer. Several things stood out from the beginning - NSF Rated, 800 watt, and COMMERCIAL grade. I had to look and I’m glad I did. My mixer has a name - Spike. Yes, he is named for the bulldog in the Tim and Jerry cartoon. He is tough, no-nonsense, and takes no prisoners. I got the cream color because it’s awesome. I managed to get this on sale, so it was a no brainer. It was over half the price of the comparable KitchenAid. Spike arrived in short order and I have been working with him every day since. I bake every day, sometimes multiple times per day. We’re talking everything from bread products to sweet treats, etc. Everything is easy with Spike around. Whoever designed this thing had a pretty good idea of what goes on in a kitchen. It is beyond sturdy. The base is solid aluminum and the top is plastic. Not your average crappy plastic but heavy duty professional-grade plastic. I wish it was aluminum as well but you can’t have everything. The fan and motor are super quiet. You really don’t notice it that much until the unit turns off and the sound isn’t there anymore. I churn out some heavy doughs with this thing and it’s still very quiet. Let’s talk a bit about the timer - OMG!!!!!! KitchenAids do NOT have a timer so I never knew that I needed one until Spike came. I use the thing constantly now. What a great and innovative feature! I thought I would never use it, to be honest. Like I said I use it almost every time I bake. Some things I do not like, all minor annoyances. The accessory cover is plastic. Very crappy plastic, might I add. It is also super polished, so one fingerprint and I have to clean it lol. This should have been stainless like the rest of the unit. If you decide to make it in stainless do not hesitate to send me one. The Flex Edge beater attachment is black. That should be stainless steel like the other attachments. It should also be standard in the box, rather than separate. It would be great if there was a bowl-lift model but this is still so awesome and powerful that I don’t need the bowl-lift for anything other than aesthetics. All around this mixer is great. I will not be going back to KitchenAid anytime soon. I love this mixer so much that I’m actually starting a bakery business around it. That’s saying a lot.

Dependable Performer
I've been using this stand mixer for over a year now and it has never failed to perform flawlessly. It's my favorite kitchen appliance and has really been a time saver in making breads and preparing other foods. I was initially concerned it wouldn't be easy to operate since it does offer other features, such as a timer. However, there was no virtual learning curve and the included manual is clear and helpful. There has been very minimal need to help this mixer scrape the bowl due to its mechanical design, which is an added plus. It's a dependable kitchen workhorse at a fair price in consideration of its features, durability, performance and in view of its market brand competitors.

Beats Kitchenaid and Ankarsrum !!
This mixer is simply amazing. I rarely write reviews, but maybe my review will help other people in their research to find a good, strong mixer at a reasonable price. I have a Kitchen Aid and its a good mixer overall, but when it comes to bread dough or pizza dough, its woefully inadequate and will break in time. So I have researched for months to make a informed decision about which mixer to get. I do not bake enough to spring for the multi thousand commercial dough mixers. Nor do I have the space for one. I wanted a mixer that could handle larger amounts of stiff dough, but also be quite great at mixing all other things, incl. creaming butter, whipping cream, batter, etc. Some of the dedicated "dough mixers" do not work well at all when it comes to those things, or they are just to fidgety and complicated. After researching and reading all about Ankarsrum, commercial mixers and so on and forth, I had all but decided on the commercial Kitchen-Aid with the orange cable. I wanted a good "all around" mixer that could handle stiff doughs as well. I didn't think it was the strongest choice and the price made me hesitate. Thats when I came across this Zacme mixer and started researching it. There wasn't a whole lot of info out yet, but what I've seen and read made me look into it deeper. It is incredibly innovative. A light ? Wow...thats awesome and so practical. It runs a fan and cools itself off after working hard! The attachments are solid, heavy and large, no comparing to the flimsy attachments some of the higher priced mixers come with. The mixer itself is a tank !!!! Plus it is quite beautiful to look at as well with its vintage vibe. Everything about it is well thought out The first time I made a stiff dough in it I could have cried happy tears. No more holding down the bucking, steaming and struggling Kitchen Aid as it was trying to throw itself off of the counter in despair.. The Zacme handled it like a pro, and quietly too ! Plus it mixes everything else equally well. And the price? Wow. I got it on sale and it was a bargain !!! Best yet, I was also able to get the meat grinder. I used to use my Kitchen aid with a meat grinder and loved that option. Now I can do that with the Zacme as well, so the Kitchen Aid will be gifted to my daughter who has no interest in baking breads or pizzas, lol! I will now get the smaller bowl as well and I will happily mix away whatever needs mixing. Btw. for the people that are concerned about "support". I have written to customer service several times with question and concerns before I bought this mixer. And I have gotten quick and thorough answers and help every single time. So I do not see a problem there either. I highly recommend this mixer. It does the job better, and at a far better price.

Great Mixer
This is a great mixer. It is very quiet and has worked very well with everything I have made. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the accessory port cover is a very cheap plastic and it falls off easily and the limited accessories available. This mixer would be perfect if they made the accessory port the same size as the Kitchenaid or Cuisinart mixers, that way you could use any accessory made for those mixers.

ZACME 8.4QT Stand Mixer – A Total Game Changer in My Kitchen! It is Beyond Compare!
I have always wanted to buy a stand mixer, since baking looks a lot of fun. There are so many brands and products over there. Kitchen Aid is the most popular one. I was planning to buy one because of the good discount at Costco during the holiday season. But after deep research, I have learned the product parameters matter. For example, if the item is 100% made with stainless steel, or above 600 Watts, etc. Then, ZACME jumped into my eyes! To be honest, I was not familiar with this brand and just wanted to give it a shot, because all its parameters satisfied my need. And right after the 1st use, ZACME 8.4QT has completely blown me away. For the price and performance, it’s one of the best kitchen investments I’ve ever made. All my family love it now! (I just baked some vanilla cupcakes and Hokkaido Milk Toast today for Thanksgiving. Please see the photos.) 💪 Incredible Power (and No Struggle!) The 800W motor is surprisingly strong while it sounded scary on paper. It’s smooth, steady, and totally manageable. It mixes cookie dough, cake batter, and even bread dough without any drama. I never feel like I’m “fighting” the machine. 🥣 Huge 8.4QT Bowl = Total Freedom The large stainless-steel bowl is a dream. I can prepare big batches of dough, whipped cream, or cake batter without ingredients flying everywhere or having to mix in multiple rounds. Perfect for families, meal prep, or holiday baking. 🔇 Quiet & Stable This was one of my biggest surprises—it’s powerful but still quiet. The suction cups at the bottom keep it completely stable, even at higher speeds. No shaking, no walking across the counter. ⚙️ Great Attachments & Speed Control It comes with all the essential tools: whisk, dough hook, and beater. Switching between them is simple, and the variable speed control is smooth and responsive. From slow mixing to fast whipping, it handles everything perfectly. ✨ Premium Look & Easy Cleanup The mixer has a sleek, professional look and feels solidly built. The bowl, splash guard, and attachments clean up easily, and I don’t have to worry about rusting or wear after just a few uses. 🍞 Improved Baking Results The difference in my baking is noticeable. Breads rise better, butter creams fluff beautifully, and my batters are more consistent. It genuinely levels up the quality of everything I make. ✅ Final Verdict: If you want a stand mixer that’s powerful, attractive, and capable of handling serious baking without the premium price tag, the ZACME 8.4QT is a fantastic choice. It exceeded my expectations in every way. A strong 5/5 — Highly recommended!

Zacme 8.4 Quart Commercial Stand Mixer
I just received my Zacme 8.4 Quart Commercial stand mixer today, and I have already used it to make two 1 lb. loaves of bread. I don't have a big family, so I don't need to make big batches of bread dough, or cookie dough, except for during the holidays when I do a lot of baking. I can't say enough good things about this mixer. It is very quiet, and the motor is very powerful. It kneaded the bread dough in under 10 minutes, cleaned the bowl beautifully, and required very little scraping. I also like the light and timer feature as well. Even though this was a small batch. I'm confident it will handle larger batches when I need it to. I'm also impressed by their customer service. I received an email today that was a courtesy to remind me to check everything and make sure all the attachments were included, and that there was no damage, and if so, I could reach out to their customer service department to fix any problems. It comes with a two-year warranty. KitchenAid doesn't even do that! I have several KitchenAid mixers, which I love, but I think this one will hold up really well for mixing heavier dough. It is very well made, but the top is plastic, so just be aware of that. I only wish there was a mixer cover for it available, because I have an old house, and not enough clearance under my cabinets to keep it on my counter, so I have to put it in my dining room for now, and I don't want dust and dog hair to get on it. If you are on a budget, and don't want to blow a thousand dollars on a commercial mixer, this is the way to go. I would highly recommend this mixer.

A powerful workhorse mixer!
I was leary on this mixer, but I had read many reviews on what a powerhouse this mixer is. They were right! I’ve gone through 2 Kitchen Aids over the last 25 year and after using this Zacme, I must admit that the KA’s are junk! Zacme attachments are very big and solid. The actual unit is very solid as well…absolutely zero movement, even when kneading a triple batch of bred dough. I love the suction feet that prevents any movements. It is VERY quiet…even my husband commented on how quiet it was. , The light is a great bonus and the cooling fan is the best feature ever. I make bread and I never have to turn my mixer off to cool it down. And the price is good…Zacme is finally offering discounts on it in Canada to be more aligned to what they sell for in USA. I’ve owned this mixer for about 4 months now and I am very happy with it. I would recommend to anyone…I truly haven’t found a fault with it yet. Don’t be afraid because it isn’t a big, “trendy “ brand name. This machine is solid!

Amazing!!
This is the best mixer hands down for everything from cakes and cookies to bread!! I have both Kitchenaid and Cuisenart and this is by far the best!! It effortlessly mixes it all! The price might be a concern but I’ve spent that and more on the other mixers that don’t hold up.

Better than Kitchen Aid Pro 600!!!
For us, this replaced a Kitchen Aid Pro 600 that was "hearing-damage loud" ... and I mean that sincerely, based upon sound-level measurements. By comparison, the ZACME is about 20 dBA quieter and does all tasks with equal or better ease and effectiveness. The timer is also a nice addition ... and, of course, the price was much more reasonable. Only extended usage time will tell, but the fact that the ZACME runs "dead cool" and appears to have a more well thought-out design, we also expect the ZACME to have a long life. My wife and I spent about 30 hours of combined research before making this decision. In the end there only seemed to be one other contender (about double the price) and we're very happy with the choice we made. We strongly recommend this stand mixer, especially over the super-loud (and expensive) Kitchen Aid units.

Definitely NO a commercial mixer
I was expecting a real COMMERCIAL mixer !! In comparison to other mixer’s Kenwood is still the winner for 1/2 of the price . One positive star : it is more silent then other mixers . Definitely overpriced!! I’m thinking to return it
