It really works!
I’ve been using this for a few weeks. It absolutely has helped me with the following: -sleep! Falling asleep and staying asleep. I was taking a melatonin/ashwagna supplement which was helping me fall asleep but not stay asleep. One week of taking 4 pills at night plus a new mattress cover and I am sleeping through the night. No more constant tossing/turning. -Weight loss! Since taking these supplements I have been loosing weight very easily without changing what I am doing. My job is very active and I’m on my feet sometimes doing 5/6 miles a shift. Only overweight by 15/20 pounds so these couples pounds here and there consistently is making a difference -Regular poops! Since taking 200mg at night I literally poop every morning around the same time. I will continue taking these supplements but I wish they came in a higher dosage so I didn’t have to take so many.

Absolutely fantastic supplement
This magnesium is great. I tried a different brand of magnesium a while ago and I liked how relaxed it made me feel, but it always made my stomach hurt, so I had to stop taking it. Jigsaw is just as relaxing and it doesn’t hurt my stomach. I highly recommend it.

Love the dosage of these!
I have tried other Magnesium Glycinate pills and they were too strong for me and made me way too sleepy all day. The dosage of these are perfect for those of us smaller/more sensitive to meds people. I feel much more calm without the terrible sleepiness of the 100mg pills.

Good for relaxing sleep
I have been taking this magnesium for almost a year and feel it has been very helpful for restful nighttime sleep. I have also had my 14 year old and 11 year old take it in the evening, to help them have better sleep. So far I have purchased 3 bottles :)

Holy Moly
I've tried countless brands and forms of magnesium. I've been wired and tired. Idk what happened but I am ACTUALLY TIRED when taking this magnesium. I don't even have the energy to scroll through my phone when I take this at night. Wow
