Great for calming, but causes frequent urination
The tea is of very good quality and definitely helps calm our minds. However, we noticed that it triggers frequent urination for us. We tried drinking it at different times—during the day, in the evening, and right before bed—but it had the same effect every time. It works well for relaxation, but be prepared for extra bathroom trips.

This is not lemon balm
This is not lemon balm for sure, I can't tell which leaf this is but 100% it's not lemon balm. Real lemon balm has a slight citrus taste and has a beautiful strong scent usually. I would not recommend.
