Affordable mid-quality smart UHD TV
Overall quality and performance is not bad. I canโt seem to find some of the features mentioned in description. Netflix on Playstore does not work.

Wireless didn't work for me at all, only Lan. TV's built in button doesn't work when holding, lots of light leak on the edges, horrible speakers. Lack of settings. And also it is extremely slow. Issued a refund.

Bought the 50" for AED949 which is a great price.Works perfectly.was a bit unsure if this will be a 4K TV, but delivered as described.I prefer Samsung's menu and user interface but cannot complain comparing the price.11 months usage: the screen started to develop horizontal lines and it is increasing. Need to fix through warranty.

Do we have 1 year Warranty for this?
After sometime our TV unit is not improving, seller said they will call but they never did. Our TV is malfunctioning from time to time. When you watch Youtube or Netflix at time it shuts off and going to home page of the TV.So not happy with our purchase.

Seller never call back for the help
As per my purchase I had a super bad experience with the tv and the seller. As I had put up a question regarding my speakers to be connected via Bluetooth there answer was yes but as soon as I wanted to know that how do I connect there was no answer and also when I called them , they never help and keeps on giving different numbers to call. This tv doesnโt have a Bluetooth but they insist that that it can connect Bluetooth device.
