I really like this product for hydrating, not a chalky taste and a light delicious flavor!! The only thing a little her frustrating is the bubbles so I can’t closer my water bottle (;

If you haven't tried nuun: I highly recommed giving it a go. Nuun is convenient, yummy (I have liked almost every flavor), only has one gram of sugar per tablet + stevia, and has more electrolytes than something like gatorade (which has too much sugar and not enough electrolytes to be a good energy drink for someone who really needs it). Nuun is also cost-effective considering what you pay for a tablet, as opposed to buying a bottle of a mainstream sports drink. I have a autoimmune disease where I need to consume a ton of salt everyday. Unless I'm eating fast food twice a day, reaching my recommended sodium intake is almost impossible. Nuun helps a lot! And I normally don't like grape flavored things, but I love the grape nuun!

Good, but buying only when there is a discount.

I have Atrial Fibrillation and I need to keep my electrolytes balanced. I walk dogs each weekday morning and in the heat of July and August, I kept this made up and in my thermos. It was a real game changer and I had no AFib attacks, of course, I also walked in the shade as much as possible. This product satisfies my thirst and I try to stock up on it at home. The tablets fizz when added to cold water (2 cups). Stir the liquid before drinking and enjoy. The Tri-berry is a favorite of mine. Best of all it does taste good and I can drink up to three tablets per day!
