does this one(the detangler one) repel lice also?

Hi - Great question. No the only line that has lice repellent properties is our Rosemary Repel line. You can always use products from each line to achieve the style you want while helping to prevent lice. -FTHC

Is this shampoo tear free?

No it is not. For a formula to be “tear-free” a chemical that numbs the eye is added. At Fairy Tales Hair Care our commitment to clean, gentle ingredients is important to us and our customers. Therefore, we choose not to use this chemical. We have always found a damp wash cloth over the eyes during rinsing to be super helpful in avoiding the getting product in the eye.

Hi can this keratin shampoo be used on my child's hair everyday, or would that be protein overload?

Hi - Most hair care professionals will tell you not to shampoo your hair daily with any product. However, there should be no issue if you do want to use it daily. We would recommend using a clarifying shampoo to remove built up residue. We have a great one, super gentle but works amazing called Lifeguard Shampoo. You can find it on Amazon as well.
