Whats the length on a size 48

28 I have to send them back way to short for my husband

Made in USA, or where?

I’m not sure but the quality is great. They are the only ones I’ve found to fit my 6’8” husband in length. We bought a second pair as soon as they came back in stock. Well sewn together. Blue Jean material is heavy duty not thin. The hardware on the bib is top quality.
