I play soccer which inquires me to run as well as i drive for UBER Taxi. I did a test trial on the muscle stick with my friends Stacy's after a good hard run and a 9 hour shift or driving and dammm no joke my legs came back to life. Felt great the next day, it helps role out and brake down of the lactic acid build up.I don't experience any cramping really at all because I’m finally targeting the right spots. I just yesterday told my son’s coach for little league baseball to give this a try, an the kids should use this.If you want (you don't have to) try using the roller stick with tea tree oil and menthol or lavender, it really works at warming up the sore areas and because it increases blood flow where it's applied as well as faster recuperation. Its a 5 out of 5 stars. BUY IT it's a MUST have my life loves it or she loves that now I'm her Muscle Roller Stick guy lolol

My mom is a huge fan of muscle rollers. Every time I visit her there are always several laying around. I have tried hers before but haven't been a fan since they are large and you basically have to maneuver you body up and down the roller to massage the area that is sore. That is not the case with this one.I just finished the couch to 5k training program so now I run 3 miles 3 times a week. I have noticed that occasionally my hamstrings are tight and sore so I had been looking for a muscle roller stick to use. I really like this one because it is small. I am able to hold onto the handles and roll it up and down my hamstrings as needed. In fact my husband's back was sore and he asked me to massage it so I got my muscle roller and used it. Okay to be really honest I got this and stared at it for a while before I used it. It looks a little crazy and I wasn't really sure it would do anything at all, but I've heard a lot of good things about this from a friend, so I gave in.I'm really glad I did. You have to make sure your skin is oiled up so it works really smoothly on your skin but once you get the idea of the angle and the pressure you want it really helps. My legs get cramped up after I work out and using this on my calves and thighs eased the pain and luckily I haven't had any leg cramps since I started using it.

I bought this to use post surgery. I am non weight baring on my leg for six weeks after 10 days I started having issues with muscles since I am not using them. This stick has been a miracle at getting the painful tight muscles in my calf and quads. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend
