Simple installation - Just find your backup light wire (schematics make it easy to find the color of the wire) and splice your camera's power lead into it (TIP - If you use one of the blue tap terminals that come with the kit, make sure it cuts through the insulation (mine didn't at first attempt) or you won't get power to the camera). The picture is good if you don't run into interference (I let the WiFi transmitter hang down inside the vehicle). Customer service - Outstanding! I installed this is my 2006 Honda Odyssey minivan and love it.It was straightforward to install - I didn't even need the instructions.In the back, I mounted the camera to the license plate, and fed the wire up through a small hole I drilled in the plastic bit, then spliced the wires into the reverse light on the right side.In front, I easily slipped the wires up into the headliner and spliced into the map light for a very clean look. Although the mirror is wired up to an "always hot" accessory, I have not had any trouble with battery drain, even during long periods of disuse (up to 10 days so far without any issues).The wireless signal easily reaches from back to front and unlike some other reviewers, I've had zero problems with interference.The image quality is fantastic - it's really sharp and particularly easy to use at night when I need it most. The Odyssey has factory-tinted windows so without the camera I couldn't see anything out the back. Now everything is fully illuminated by the combination of the IR emitters and my backup lights.I really wish I had installed this sooner and expect I'll be adding another one to my wife's car soon!

If you are looking for a inexpensive back up camera this is the one! I had been looking for one for a while and read hundreds of reviews on amazon and had mixed emotions on which one to choose, so glad I picked this one! The wireless is the way to go no having to chase wires other than the ones necessary for power and connections, I used to have the wife stand outside and help guide me to hook up our boat and received a few eye rolls! The first time I hooked up the boat I got right on the hitch no problem, only had to call er out to show her how great the camera is, the night side of this is awesome as well can see when backing out as if it were near daylight. Customer service was beyond completely satisfied I would give Elina 10 stars if it would let me! I had a small problem with the mirror and emailed them Elina responded very quickly and offered solutions to my issue's and never faltered on the customer service side of business. I have recommended this unit to friends and family and will continue to do so. I had an issue with the rear view camera mount system coming in and out of reception I would recommend the dash mount monitor, that is what Elina sent me as a solution, I put this on my F150 for hooking up the boat and general backing up and love it if you pay attention it is not difficult to install at all. I would definitely purchase this item again and am actually getting one for the wife's car soon! Great customer service!

This is just great! It was very easy to install and it works just fine! Once in awhile the signal fails a little, I guess because of outside interference, but not enough to really matter. I bought this for my 1986 Chevy El Camino as kind of a toy and it looks and works great. For the price, you will not find a better unit on the market. I just ordered another one for my daughter's car! The thing that sets it apart is the great customer service! They were as quick to respond to my basic questions as anyone I have ever dealt with. I don't think you will find a more responsive seller.Update. I've had this installed for a few months now. I do not drive my truck a lot, so that doesn't mean that it has seen a lot of use. That being said, I really do like this camera. It was inexpensive, easy to install and works great. I've used this in several different conditions, including at night and in bright light of day. I can always see the video image well, and the camera woks great even in night time conditions. My truck is a large 4x4, and there is a lot of ground that cannot be seen with the mirrors or looking through the rear window. This camera shows everything in that "blind spot". I still use my mirrors, and look through all windows (don't rely on just this!!! it is a tool, and aid, not a replacement for good common sense!). It makes backing up my large truck easier, especially when trying to determine if there is enough room to back up further without bumping into that car parked behind me... which makes backing out of parking spaces easier. The only "con" I can say at this point is a minor one: The video image will flicker a little for a second or 2 once my truck is in reverse, then the image stays sharp and clear. This does not bother me, but some might find it annoying. Overall, a good investment at a great price point.
