Swerve Granulated Sugar Replacement

This is one of the best baking sugar replacement I have used that does not alter the taste like others . It is a very mild flavoring and the price is great.

great product to bake/cook with. it has a great taste and consistency of regular brown sugar. it measures cup for cup My son is a T1D so i am conscious of added cards this has 0 i use it regularly on smoked pork and ribs. The only con is when cooking its great but if you were not to cook it and eat it "raw" it has a slight alcoholic after taste but still tastes good

I cannot live without my Swerve. Honestly, it costs just a little more than some brands, but it is measure-for-measure replacement for real sugar, and most of the time works perfectly. i usually substitute half the amount of the real sugar with Swerve when I am baking or making sauces. The flavor is great. I cannot tell the difference. It takes a little stirring and heat to dissolve, but is easy to do. I was keeping some in a jar by my other spices, but found that in a jar, it packs hard and needs to be stirred, so have started keeping it in its original package and that does not happen. I use it often and am very very happy with its flavor and how it acts in cooked foods. It was packaged well, shipped quickly, and arrived safely. I have used it for over a hear and can unreservedly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a sugar substitute.

Swerve is amazing. Measures 1:1 like sugar, bakes perfectly, and tastes just like real sugar without any weird aftertaste. I've used it in cookies, cakes, and my coffee, and it works flawlessly every time. Highly recommend.

So I like the sugar because as a diabetic I can make cookies and enjoy the holidays without feeling deprived or left out. The cookies are okay but a lot harder. Actually, most of the recipes are harder, but the flavor is good. I just need to adjust the recipes next year! The one unacceptable thing, especially for the price, is the packaging. The seal will not stay closed! You think and you know you’ve closed it, double and triple checked, just to come back and the package is open again. Yes, I can put it in my own packaging, but really at this price being 5 times that of pure cane sugar Why can’t they do better? Why should we accept this poor quality of packaging? I’m talking about packaging from the manufacturer NOT Amazon shipping package! Anyhow, if you buy swerve, make sure you repackage it after opening; especially the brown because it’ll be a rock when you are ready to use it the next time!

I've been doing Keto for 2-1/2 years now. During this time I've tried various sugar replacements and Swerve has become my go to. I use the granulated, confectioners and brown sugar forms and am pleased with all of them. I had tried a couple Keto jelly recipes but was not happy with them and had given up on finding something I liked. Recently I found a Keto jelly recipe that doesn't use chia seeds, that I revised a tad bit and adapted to my liking using granulated Swerve. My neighbor brought over tons of raspberries and not wanting them to go to waste I made a jelly using Swerve granulated with grass fed gelatin. It set up beautifully and no aftertaste, cooling affect - even though it has Erythritol - or bizarre flavor. Absolutely fantastic and no one can tell it's sugar free. I mix some of the jelly in with my homemade yogurt and it's a wonderful, satisfying dessert. Another Keto friend was having difficulty because she and her son were not happy with the replacement products she'd tried. She had a cupboard shelf loaded with sugar substitutes no one could tolerate. She had never heard of Swerve but was so impressed I think she went home and ordered some that same day. I definitely recommend you give it a try.

I've been using this alternative for about a year now. You can not taste the difference in my opinion. I use this for everything, from adding it to my morning coffee to baking. No one can even tell that I use this instead of regular sugar in my baked good, which is amazing because they are picky. I have a major sweet tooth and so far it hasn't spiked my blood sugar or caused my a1c to go up. This is one of my favorites and I will continue to buy it, just wish they would lower the price a little bit.

Tasty sugar substitute without chemicals or gross aftertaste. I like that it's not quite as sweet as sugar; so many sweeteners are too sweet. Great in baking or just in my coffee.
