This is an addendum to my previous review, I couldn’t find my original review. I bought this for my brother in-law as a gift. He is a craftsman and surprisingly did not have a leather apron. He is about 5’10 and apprx 220#. The way the apron is made with the adjustable traps the apron fit him perfect and he loved it!! He also loved the fact the strap around the neck anchors to the back of the waist band which alleviates the pressure on the back of the neck. The quality of the leather and style of the apron is top notch! I want one for myself just so I can say I have one!

This was got for my son-in-law and my stepson for their birthdays. They are very, very messy barbecuers and this gonna stop a lot of the clothes changing during the barbecues so it’s very nice product very good very well built. It looks good too very nice. Nice product.

Disappointed with it. The leather is good, but it felt small and tight for my 5:10 frame (206 pd). Firstly the leather strap that goes around the nick is way too short, so you're forced to make the apron ride high to fit. Secondly It doesn't fall or drape the mid-region well (stomach) - instead it tends to flap up. Looking at it closely I felt the mid-section straps were stitched too high on the apron so they end up tying at the stomach level instead of the trouser belt level - doesn't feel comfortable or sit well. This would have been a cool, really attractive apron for barbecues. I will now have to look for a cobbler and modify it to sit and feel better. the manufacturer says the apron is stitched from a single cow hide, but I kept thinking - I think their cows are too small. I need me a big, fat cow for my apron. Sigh!

My main complaint is that I find it difficult to fasten. If you have someone to help you it isn't an issue. I

This leather apron is worth it. Looks to be made out of half a cow, not a bunch of pieces of cows. It only has a couple of pockets which is what I wanted. I don't carry around half of my toolbox on my apron, so just a couple work fine. I'm sure this apron will last me the rest of my life. Honestly, I'm clueless as to what the ring is for. A hammer maybe, but it's too far down, like right at my knees and without even trying it for that I know it would end up beating up my knee pretty good. If you want quality over cheap then these are for you. I highly recommend them.

I love to cook and this apron make a great accessory for me when I'm outside with the grills. I would definitely recommend this apron to family & friends!
