This is a fantastic little camera. It is easy to set up via the app and there is no .monthly subscription service. It has a brilliant battery life, the picture quality is amazing and the recordings are crystal clear. You can set motion zones and alerts as well as recording plans. We did have an issue with the cameras pan function but the customer service has been outstanding and the issue has been resolved in an amazing time frame. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for a solar powered camera with crystal clear quality and a company with exceptional customer service.

This is my 7th Anran camera. All expect one are working perfectly and the only faulty camera was swiftly replaced by Anran Customer Service. So I can vouch for both the quality of the product as well as the after sales.The Q1 is my favourite, with good picture quality as well as good wifi reception. This makes a big difference outdoors.I have also refined my outdoor installation of these cameras using a gutter downpipe as the pole. Perfect fit for the Q1 and C3. See photo.The cameras are also relatively easy to set up. Only thing to watch out for is the availability of decent wifi signal and sunlight. May require repositioning to optimise both. Other than that, they work as they should.

The camera is good quality. The app is a bit clunky and sometimes doesn't save the motion detection videos. Depending on the setting, the battery doesn't last long (maybe 4/5 days) without being charged for at least 10 hours during the day with direct sun light to the solar panel. The good thing is that you can plug it to a normal charger but not ideal to dismount it and plug it indoors unless you run a cable outside instead of the cable coming from the solar panel. Overall it's a good value for money. I also like the fact that all features work fine with just an SD card for storage.

Bought it for my daughter’s family. I didn’t read that it needed a subscription, but its a good price. They love it and i just bought them a second one, so their house should be save or safer now.It’s was easy to set up. Picture quality is great, better than expected.It’s just what was needed

Arrived on time. Easy to install. App is easy to use and operate. Picture quality was poor, and had shadowing on it. I contacted Anran customer service and they dispatched a replacement very promptly. Picture quality is excellent.The static camera and remote swivel camera mean I can have the whole rear of my property covered with one camera.

The size and quality of these cameras is amazing mist suffer at night the pics show ir and also the same using the built in lights. Setting up is simple download the app (very user friendly) charge the camera open the app and add new device following the instructions on the app mount the bracket in the chosen location with the screws raw plugs and drilling templates supplied and also the solar panel bracket then simply slide the camera onto the mount I would recommend a micro sd card 128gb the cloud storage is excellent and only £30 a year. The customer service is outstanding as when I tried to register for the 12 mont warranty +180 days free it did not go through I received an email very shortly apologising for this and they had done it for me sending me confirmation of this. When Setting up the motion sensor and alarm area be mindful of public foot paths as people passing can trigger it so do not highlight these areas unless you need to. Overall as someone who uses professional cctv at work daily costing 10s of thousands these cameras are actually very very good quality and at a fantastic price

as good as this is the solar panel is not big enough nor can it keep the camera functioning. it does require a top up every 10 or so days. setup is easy, video coverage good and clear. night time a struggle unless the light turns on whichis not instant. infra red reflects back producing red eye from people, pets, car reflector strips, including number plates.. i've not had it too long.

NOTE: I modified my review from 1 to 3 stars because although the problems with the new design of the solar panel remains, the seller solved the problem sending a new, original-type, solar panel. And the camera is a good one (that's why I bought a second one three years after getting the first one).It's a good camera, but the 'improvements' made it much worse.I bought one in July/2023. No problems at all and was so happy that I just bought a second one, same model, theoretically the only difference is the colour, white the original one, grey the new one.But ...They changed the solar panel included with the camera in three ways:1. The connector is now USB-C instead of micro-USB. That's fine and in accordance with EU policy.2. The cable is now so short that there is no way I can install it anyway without an USB extension. Ridiculously short. Why?3. The design of the solar panel holder is absurd, there is no 360 rotation way any longer, just up-down, so it is simply not possible to install it in the right direction. Os do they intend me to build the shed in a way I can install this absurd solar panel properly?I am seriously thinking on sending it back. Still not sure what to do.

Jai mis une carte micro sd de 128 go impossible pour l 'appareil de reconnaitre la carte. J'ai bien formaté et inséré dans l 'appareil allumé. rien à faire. J'ai racheté une carte ds de 64 go et formaté puis inséré dans la camera mais elle ne veut toujours pas reconnaitre la carte. J'ai aussi formaté depuis l 'application et redémarré l'appareil . L'appareil refuse de reconnaitre la carte.Bref c'est une vrai galère cette caméra si on ne peut pas faire de sauvegarde par micro sd et seulement par le cloud.J'attends, j'espère que le service client me réponde.Alors j'ai contacté le service client qui est très réactif et qui m'a permis je pense de résoudre mon problème car j'avais une carte de 64mb alors que la camera ne supporte qu'à partir de 8go

A diversi mesi dall'acquisto voglio sottolineare la serietà e la competenza di questa ditta. La telecamera da me acquistata ha iniziato ad avere dei problemi dopo diversi mesi nel quale il suo funzionamento era impeccabile. Ho contattato l'assistenza e loro prontamente mi hanno risposto dandomi tutte le info e gli aggiornamenti da eseguire... Purtroppo il malfunzionamento continuava e quindi mi hanno sostituito la telecamera con una efficienza e risolutezza mai vista. Consiglio l'acquisto .

ベランダに設置しました。取付も設定も簡単で20分ほどで設置出来ました。画像も綺麗で人感範囲も設定出来るのでとてもよいと思います。

この防犯カメラは2台目です。1台目の動作が良かったのでさらに上位のデュアルカメラにしました。ほんとにお買い得で性能も高く何の不便も感じません。これからご検討頂いている方はにもおすすめです。昼の画質、夜の画質も結構キレイですよ。
