I love this seasoning! It good on chicken, pork and beef. So glad to find it in the large size.

Not too sweet or spicy. Worked well in rissoles. Tried it on a smoked brisket however it didn’t seem to form a good outer coating when cooked. Could have been me though.

We bought a really small container of this spice and it was over$20, bought this one for around $42, 6 times the amount and is a wicked tasting spice when using it on the BBQ
