Delicious! It’s not completely smooth, but I don’t mind in the least. It’s pure pistachio butter without salt or sugar so you can add that on your own to your taste. I used it making pistachio latte and drizzled over ice cream. Both uses made great products. I would make sure to mix it well before use since the oil does sit at the top of the container. I would buy this again!

This is the second brand of pistachio butter I have ever tried, and it is my favorite so far in terms of the taste. The consistency is quite runny and thin, similar to the hemp seed butter by the same brand, which I have also tried. The texture is very gritty and lumpy (more like chunky rather than a creamy/smoothly blended nut butter). I personally prefer creamy and thick nut butters, but this still appealed to me and was not not an unpleasant texture, just different from what I usually buy. The flavor is great, mildly sweet and salty with a strong taste of pistachio as I had hoped. I was concerned the olive oil would ruin the taste, but I can barely notice it. I was pleased that the jar was filled nearly to the top after another brand I tried was only 3/4 full. I only wish I was not so pricey, as it has pretty clean, organic ingredients and the best flavor I have found for a pistachio butter.

Fantastic product for making Dubai chocolate bars. I've tried pistachio butter but this pistachio cream works way better and the taste is perfect.

Tastes exactly like eating a handful of pistachios. Know why? Because it literally IS a handful of pistachios! Ingredients are pistachios. No sugars, no preservatives, no salt, no fillers! It's so good!! A little pricey but I'm the only one in my house that likes pistachios, so it should last me a while.

Outstanding. Perfect thickness / consistency. The only thing they could improve upon is not tightening the lid quite so much on the 4 lb jar. It’s difficult for some people to open when sealed and new

Es una crema demasiado blanda-aguada…casi líquida. Esperaba que tuviera una consistencia más cremosa y más sabor a pistache… y el precio es muy alto para la cantidad de producto y lo que esperaba… no la volvería a comprar.
