It has an alarm clock and an idle shutdown setting (set in minutes).

Why is this only coming through one of my ear buds ?

There are several possibilities. 1. The music file is only playing on one channel. It's stereo, but recorded badly. If it was mono, it would be on both earbuds as the same signal. 2. The earbuds are faulty. Plug them into something else that you know works and confirm they are ok. OR plug in other earbuds that you know work into the player. 3. If the player still only has one channel playing with known good earbuds AND a known good mp3 file, then it may have a faulty jack socket. 4. If you connect it via bluetooth to another device, does it play both channels in that situation. If so, faulty jack or earphone.

What size is the battery please and how long does it last on Bluetooth thanks

Don`t know -I recharge every few days and it would still play if I never recharged

Can you view song names in languages other than English?

In an .mp3 file, things like song names are picked up from tags in the file. The device which reads the tags will display whatever is contained in that tag. Your device will read character bytes from position x to position y for this information. It follows that when an .mp3 file is created whatever character string is inserted in that particular tag/ field will be reflected back when the file is being played. With a suitable utility (Windows Media Player, for example) you could change "I Love You' to "Je t'aime" and that's what your .mp3 player would read and display. Differing alphabets would require both the the device involved in the creation process and the device involved in the read process support that alphabet.
