Eyejusters Self-Adjustable Glasses, Gun Metal Stainless Steel

In general, these are well made, comfortable, adjust easily, and the clarity is significantly better than a less expensive brand I had before. They were also delivered on time with no issues. However, I'm a little disappointed in the adjustment power range. They claim +0.00 to +3.00. However, by experience and comparison to fixed focus cheaters I have, I'd say the range is closer to +1.00 to +4.00. I was wanting +0.00 to about +2.00 but don't think I'm getting that zero power value on the low end.

I bought these in black acetate from eyejusters.Pro: Sealed. Don't collect dust and fog like Adlens adjustables. Light weight. Moderately priced. Right range of correction for close work.Con: Lots of glare and distortion due to complicated lens system. Especially in bright light. No simultaneous focusing of both lenses. (as done by defunct Superfocus)

I first purchased Eyejusters in 2013. I need .250 for reading and close work and .175 for computer work. The first pair worked great as I could adjust for my eyes individually, my left eye is weaker than the right. I showed the glasses to others and eye doctors all were impressed. Around 9 months ago 1 of the adjustment wheels came off, I tried to glue it back on but while drying the glue ran onto the lens. I tried to use the glasses for a while but they became unusable. I saw online that they have a new design with the wheel and lens better protected. They are from England so I purchased them thru a retailer shipping thru Amazon. After having them for 2 week the ear piece separated from the hinge. The retailer says it has a manufactures warranty. Eyejusters said that because I purchased thru Amazon the product is not warranted by them. I can no longer recommend this product as it is poorly made for the price and is not backed by the company.
