Covers up well
Love it. Have been using it for years. Better than any other hair powder out there.

Definitely for thinning hair too
I noticed that my hair on the forehead part is a bit thinning, of course nobody wants to go out looking like your hair is having its count down. I have been using Madison Reed just to even out the color of my hair, but I tried using it too on where there is thinning. Fortunately it worked for me. My only issue is the brush, I hope its rounded so we can apply it evenly.

Amazing Two-in-One!
I absolutely love this product! And it has a dual purpose! Brow Filler I have been using Benefit Brow Filler and they discontinued it and was struggling to find something similar. This item was showcased on the Today Show and I decided to try it out. It works very well. I already have a Mac brush to fill in my eyebrows so I use that and not the one provided with the product. Gray Hair Cover Up Game changer! Another reason I love this product. I use this to cover up my gray roots and it works very well. It makes your hair appear fuller and adds volume at the roots as well. I use the brush provided in the kit to apply the powder on my roots. I love how I have so much control as opposed to the spray. Another added bonus is that it doesn’t bleed! I used to use the L’Oréal Hair Touch Up spray. After applying this on my roots, if I propped my sunglasses on my head and then put them back on, it would leave black residue on my nose.

Doesn’t cover gray hairs
Does not cover gray well. Too expensive for what it can’t do.

Doesn’t cover your grays well nor lasts long - a RIPOFF!
No better than your supermarket products, or worse, it doesn’t cover your grays well, nor does it last more than a few hours because the color fades away with the passing hours. Add the fact that it costs multiple times the price of its competitors, it is no exaggeration to call it a RIPOFF!

Not really black
First, this is a GREAT product and I have used Madison Reed products for years with zero complaints or issues. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it is NOT black. It is a dark brown. I can mix with other products I have for the right tone, but should not have to do that. The product I ordered said that it was black, but it is really a medium to dark brown. Just note that..
