But it is a very big scoop (160 gram) and company says u need to take 3 scoops per day. However No need to consume that much amout of powder. Very disappointed with this product. I have been using it for 2 months with no noticeable results—my weight, energy levels, and muscle growth have remained unchanged. I followed the same routine that worked well with other supplements, but this one made no difference. It tastes very sweet and chocolatey, but I bought it for fitness benefits, not taste. I am writing this after 2nd time purchased and using I have not seen any growth in this till now however that may not react to some bodies but when I purchased 1st time mixing with milk and felt sugar less and i used to add sugar to it but when 2nd time purchased no need to add sugar it's already mixed with sugar just blend withilk and drink I think they have changed quality of the material from sugarless to sugar powder I think they saved money by removing proteins and adding sugar contets it this powder
