Pull-Down Retractable Screen Door - 35.75" Black

So easy to install. Purchased because I didn't want to mess with door frames and other installations that looked more expensive (and costly). The first one was mis-sized (user error). They quickly replaced (however, the newest one seems to have less of a spring in the rollup). Anyway, very pleased and it works for my needs. It's not as efficient as a 'door' but it's also considerably less expensive.

I live in a place that has a cross to wind and this was absolutely perfect. I can leave my window and open the door and the cross wind comes through. The only problem with this is it blows the screen out, and the bugs can get in.

The spring doesn't fully retract the screen to the top. We have to physically escort the screen into its bracket at the top of the door frame every time we use it. Also the screen holders at the bottom flip up with the spring strength. Needs to be jerry rigged with a separate set of screws. Looks pretty ugly.
