Tom's of Maine Complete Protection Aluminum-Free Natural Deodorant for Men, Eucalyptus & Sandalwood, 2.6 OZ

Has a really musky smell, which i both like and do not like. It is very musky, smells similar to vicks, i do not distinctly smell sandlewood but i can tell that the sandlewood is in there, adding or giving the mint a muskier smell. I like it, but it also sort of grosses me out sometimes like when i put some on and then go to bed and my sheets and pillow have a musky smell. It is not a super bad smell but a bit off putting too? Have to reapply like every 2 hours on certain days. have hyperhidrosis and while using this i realize i do not smell sweat as much but on the days that i do i can sweat this right off.

I SUFFER FROM A SMALL DISEASE CALLED "SWEATING MY BUTT OFF" I HAVE ALWAYS HAD ISSUES WITH JUST POURING SWEAT. I AM NOT NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN A LARGE PERSON BUT NEVER THE LESS TROUBLED WITH A HIGHER THAN NORMAL BODY TEMP IT WOULD SEEM OR SOME FORM OF MANAPAUSE.... EITHER WAY I SWITCHED TO THIS ALUMINUM FREE DEODORANT AND MY SHIRTS HAVE BEEN WHITE PIT FREE. SO I DO RECCOMEND THIS TO ANYONE SUFFERING FROM THE SAME THING. I STILL SWEAT BUT IT DOESN'T DISCOLOR LIKE BEFORE WITH OTHER BRANDS.

As a guy who’s tried other “natural” deodorants, many do not work well. Others I’ve tried did not help with sweat nor odor. This one seems to work well though. Haven’t noticed odor at all when I sweat. This was the only nice scent and brand I could find for a natural deodorant, especially when searching for “men’s”- it was all products that were still heavy on bad ingredients. And I only wanted to buy one stick to try it out, others only came in packs, so that was helpful. I will probably buy and use this one again.

I've only used their unscented, and lemon bergamot deodorants. I think their unscented is actually better than the lemon bergamot. The scent of the L.B deodorant itself is good For some reason, my armpits smelled worse quicker with their lemon bergamot scent than their unscented deodorant. I gave the L.B scent a couple more tries, and a few gym sessions. But unfortunately even after 10 min walk to the gym, my armpits were already stinky. I've found that Native works much better for me. And I don't even smell after a whole gym session. Native feels much better when applying (and it actually dries). Whereas with Tom's, my armpits were 'wet' after applying. Not to mention, the unscented deodorant had a strong unpleasant smell (which went away after some time) Maybe Tom's deodorants would be an okay choice for the colder seasons, when our bodies aren't sweating as much. But I think I'll be sticking to Native
