DELSEY Paris Women's Chatelet Air 2.0 Tote Bag

Good for travel, nice over luggage sleeve, seems sturdy enough. Exterior has nice chocolaty color, there is a luggage lock included, which can be put on double sided zipper. Interior is also nice color, terracotta, one pocket fit for a passport and a phone. It is lightweight and spacious, without spilling over the carry-on. Can be folded and put to luggage if not used. Used it just once so far, it fit my large tote, full of stuff, and a 17” laptop bag with accessories. And there was still some space left for water bottle. I wish it would have a laptop pocket or sleeve, otherwise perfect for the purpose.

I have the Delsey Helium set and wasn’t considering a matching tote until the last trip I took wore me out. I have a beautiful leather bag with lots of compartments that I have used many times and it’s always been great for size and function. The downside is that it is so heavy. When I saw this tote on sale, I had to get it. It isn’t the same navy blue as my set but I don’t care. It’s lightweight but well made. There is a ton of room in it. I even packed a change of clothes as well as cosmetics, tablet, charger and phone charger in addition to combs, brushes, RX and OTC meds, small handbag and large wallet and items I can’t even remember. I would highly recommend buying this tote.

I have the brown chatelet luggage and had been using the backpack as my carry on. Its fantastic but its a bit cumbersome, i had to take it off to get anything, and isnt as spacious as I want for travel. I bought this tote bag as a replacement and it works so much better for me. First, its way bigger than I thought and I could easily use it for a weekend trip bag. Second, bcz its a tote, its way easier to access its contents. Also, when on a trip, i use it while there, i can put purchases, sunscreen, beach towel, whatever in it. Basically, i love it.

Loved our other Delsey luggage, but not this bag. Upon first use, when hand-carried, the handle leather came off (see picture). Have registered for a warranty return on their website, but it had no place to enter the Amazon order number or register the bag for warranty, so I'm unsure if it will be honored, and their response says to expect 5 days for one. Will come back and update this and the review rating once we hear back. ***** UPDATE: Registered the warranties on this and five other pieces. However, a customer can't see the registration afterward. WORSE, I got an email back to contact the nearest service depot and send the item at my cost to it for "repair". After hours trying to reach them and getting dropped I sent an email back to the Delsey contact - NO REPLY!!! For a premium brand at a premium price, I expected far better!!!! This particular bag had complaints of this same issue - they should replace the product at their cost!

I gave it 4 stars because as nice as it is and I saved up for this bag for a while, after using it only once a piece of the handle peeled off

Roomy, stylish, matches my other luggage. This is made of very sturdy and quality materials. I use mine for vacations and overnight travel. Color and specs just as described

The bag is well made. It is not too cumbersome for someone of my size (5'3"). It has one small zippered pocket on the inside. Fits well on the handles of my matching rolling suitcases.

The strap falls apart. This is not a cheap item and u trust that it will last as do the Delsey luggage I own. But the strap frayed on my first use.

excellent quality and too spacious! i like everything about this bag.

Great carry-on in winter or for last minute shopping. Lightweight and of good quality. Bought during sale...please buy only during sale.
