I bought this easel as a Christmas gift for my twin grandchildren (3 years old). They love to do arts and crafts and they especially enjoy joint activities. Since this easel has two sides, both children can use it at the same time. It was a breeze to assemble and is very sturdy, so there are no worries about it tipping over and causing injury. The color is very attractive and the two storage cubes on the bottom shelf are convenient to store chalk, dry erase markers, pencils and other accessories. The only down side is that it does not fold up, but I am okay with that since I feel it adds to the stability of the easel. It was one of their favorite gifts this year! A definite must-have for budding artists!

This easel is amazing! The turquoise color is beautiful and brighter is person. The whole easel seems very sturdy. We had a cheap easel from Ikea that my 2 year old broke apart repeatedly just by not coloring gently enough with his crayons (see 4th picture for comparison with the ikea easel - the okra one is leaning against the wall broken apart because that is the only way he could color on it). This one is waaaay better. Plus the wood is finished and painted nicely on this one, which will make it easier to wipe clean, compared to the unfinished wood of the ikea one we had. And love that it’s magnetic too. The quality of this easel is wonderful, as we knew it would be because we have the learning tower from the Little Partners company too (which is also amazing). Plus they even included an extra set of pieces to seal the top of the paint cups (I assume in case we lost them since those parts are small) plus a free art apron (see 3rd picture)! My kids are so incredibly excited about this easel! This easel was very straightforward for my husband to put together as long as you read the directions. You just need about 45 minutes-1 hour for assembly. We did it a day early so we wouldn’t be stressed the night before giving it.

I absolutely love this 2-sided easel. Got it for my 2 1/2 year-old grandson. Purchased the Espresso which looks more like Walnut, but I'm very pleased with the finish. Well thought out and constructed piece. Very sturdy. Assembly instructions where clear and EZ to follow. Two shelves provide plenty of storage area for supplies and the 2 cloth boxes provided perfect for holding plastic tubs of magnets, crayola dry erase crayons etc. The chalkboard is black and works well. The whiteboard holds magnets well and both wipe clean EZ. This easel will be around for years. I looked at others that were plastic/metal and less cost, but chose this one...and I'm so glad I did! If you want an easel that will last through multiple children or grands, this is it!

We bought this easel after our first easel (different brand) did not last. This one feels very sturdy and is great quality. We bought it in the teal color and it's so pretty-- perfect for my kids' playroom. They love it already (we've had it for about 2 weeks now). Easy to assemble. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a kid's easel.

My son had a Melissa and Doug easel and it got damaged during a tree hitting our house. my son was without his art easel for over a year and missed it terribly he would talk about it often. I decided to surprise him by getting him another one for his birthday. However I was not impressed with the Melissa and Doug product because it was rather flimsy and the wood was kind of dangerously splintering. This little partners are easel is so sturdy we absolutely love the additional shelf and storage space underneath as well as the bins. They are nice, durable and easily collapsible. And bonus it comes with an apron! I cannot rant and rave about this product enough! And I never write reviews. !! This product is perfect and completely worth the price! Go buy it! I went with the natural color even though my sons favorite color is green and mine it was teal they had all the perfect colors but favorite colors change over time and natural is always neutral!

Nice, durable easel. I appreciate the “furniture-like” feel of this piece, and that there is storage underneath. LOTS of pieces to assemble, but the instructions are clear. One small piece was broken in transit, even though everything was packaged with care. I emailed the company, who was very responsive. The new piece did take about week to arrive, though, so definitely inventory all the parts right away and be prepared for a little wait if there’s a problem. I’ve updated my review to include a photo of our recent problem. The white board started buckling on Dec. 26, less than 24 hours after she started using it. Our daughter is not hard on her toy (I say this knowing my other 2 children ARE). I was surprised that the whiteboard material itself isn’t solid, but rather a sheet stick onto some sort of particle board material or something. And I’m confused as to why this is happening. I did email the company, and right now they’re working with me on a replacement part. I don’t know—-if we can arrive at a compromise that doesn’t involve me taking the whole thing apart and re-assembling (this is literally the first item in the assembly instructions) then I would still recommend buying it. While the quality of the piece may not be quite what I thought, it’s still a great design and elegant-looking. Customer service so far has been above par. Hope this review was helpful to others.

Even though this easel was more than I had wanted to spend, it was worth every penny! It’s stylish, looks good in our open living room area, and has all the features I was looking for — a magnetic white board area, a shelf for storage, dark wood color. The fact that it also has storage bins is amazing, and that we were surprised with a quality white artist’s smock was a an amazing touch of customer service. My only critique is the chalkboard is plastic, and more difficult to clean than anticipated. This present was a 3rd birthday present to our daughter from my parents; I don’t believe she’ll ever outgrow it, to be honest. As long as she has an interest in art, I can see this easel being useful, even into adulthood. If you buy it, it comes with a roll of paper and a chalkboard eraser, but you’ll need to buy your own chalk, paints, magnets and dry erase markers (if you want to use that function). Personally, we’re saving the dry erase markers for when she’s older.

Sturdy one but no adjustment of the legs. good looking good material very functional fabric boxes at the bottom as well. Worth to pay 💰 more to buy this one. I bought natural one for my 18month old girl. She loves to play with it all the time drawing and using magnetic things and letters I like the paper roller on the top as well. Handy to cut the paper using the edge of the wood on the top. She uses all the time. Good teaching board as well. I was worried about the screws since I read all the reviews and some people complain about the screws and even suggested buying separate ones but the screws inside the box was well made shiny ones which makes us very happy not that difficult to set it up immediately my daughter jump into it. There is no chalk I need to buy separately later when she grows up more. It is bit high to utilize whole space on the paper since my little girl is so young to reach high but she still loves to use it to draw anyway 1/3 lower height. She is going to use it for a long time I think. Good purchase! Thank you.
