Together Hair Skin & Nail Capsules, 60 EA

I rarely see major results with supplements that I have purchased. I had horribly ridged nails that were peeling off in layers and very fragile ever since I had gone through menopause. This supplement has just about removed all of the ridges in the space of 60 days. Order bulk because delivery will take a while, I've found. This is money well spent.

I bought this because my nails were breaking and splitting constantly. After one month of daily use (and I tracked my usage via phone reminders so I know I took it daily), my nails were growing, and after two months they look totally normal and feel stronger. The one weird thing is that when I got the package I was questioning whether there really were 60 capsules, but as I tracked my use I was able to confirm that it does contain as many capsules as stated. Really great to find something that helps!

I've only been taking these tablets (you take three a day) for eleven days and my nails are already getting stronger. I'm perimenopausal and my previously strong nails had started to split. A quick trawl through various internet sites suggested that biotin keeps them strong but that most of us could get enough biotin from a normal diet. My diet is good - and I eat lots of eggs, an excellent source of biotin - but middle aged hormones were still playing havoc with my claws. This seemed particularly unfair as I don't use nail varnish and I always keep them short. I had a good hair day yesterday but these occasionally arise spontaneously so it's too soon to say if it was vegicap-related. I'm fortunate that, at fifty four, I have very few lines but my jawline is less firm than it used to be so hopefully the `Beautiful' range will help this too! I got through the winter with the help of the Vitamin D and Vitamin C in the same range but am taking a break from them now that the sun is out and I feel more like eating fruit.

Good vitamins. I was using a very much more expensive American brand of natural vitamins and noticed my nails and hair were getting ragged. I went back to these and after a couple of weeks I'm already noticing improvements. I use this brand for all my daily supplements now.

I did notice a difference especially my skin and hair. My hair has grown loads and is a lot thicker and my skin looks better too. My nails have shown a small improvement which is great because I've always had brittle nails. I will continue with this product as it's part of my daily routine now.

I've only been using these for a few weeks, but no issues with digestion or other side effects. They are quite big sized capsules and they have a taste of nutritional yeast. It doesn't linger though. Good variety of nutrients, bit expensive at 2 a day. My hair looks nice, not sure if that's the pills or not! My nails do seem to be a bit better.
