Just the brand-name is 'pure-organanic', but not the mgchl, correct?!? and not food grade, only pharmaceutical grade, (written on the package).

Pure Organic Ingredients confirms that the raw materials used for the manufacture of the products, nor the products themselves were treated in any way that would disqualify them as an ingredient for an organic product.  We do not advertise it as a certified organic product or include the USDA's seal on our packaging. The National Organic Program specifies a “National List of Approved and Prohibited Substances“. Our products meet the requirements of this section as a raw material used in the manufacture of organic products. Our Magnesium Chloride is food grade as well as pharmaceutical grade.

Pure Organic Ingredients Magnesium Chloride can be added to your favorite lotion or mixed in homemade lotions or creams. To add it to your favorite lotion, mix 2 tablespoons of magnesium chloride in 2 tablespoons of hot water. Let cool to room temperature. Pour 8 oz. of your lotion into a mixing bowl. Add the magnesium and water solution to your lotion. Use a hand mixer or whisk to mix them thoroughly (this should take 1-2 minutes). Pour the magnesium lotion back into your bottle or a jar that can be sealed. Magnesium lotion can be stored at room temperature for up to 6-8 months.
