One of the bags is leaking and there is Rhodiola powder all over the inside of the box as well as the other two bags and I’m not able to return it or replace it so I am very unhappy. I tried to contact bulk supplements and the website link that is provided by Amazon is not valid and cannot be found

I have taken the RR 3% salidroside powder for about 5 days, about 1/8 teaspoon in the morning with my herbally loaded Ninja blended ice tea. Today I added newly purchased yerba mate to the mix. The reason I opted for the salidroside rhodiola is because I am an aging athlete and play a lot of tennis, paddle tennis, and pickle ball (often in 110 degree desert heat), and do high intensity interval training as well as high intensity strength training. Sometimes all on the same day back-to-back. And sometimes on days that I fast, or partially fast as well. So on those multiple caloric burn days, especially when fasting, I need an energy boost so I don't hit the wall (run out of glycogen/energy) which has happened to me in the last hour of high intensity strength training (super slow motion reps). So earlier this week I engaged in a three part session with minimal caloric intake or food. Just tea with about 30 herbs/spices and my new rhodiola rosea, a liter of water while exercising, and a liter of my custom energy drink to sustain me through the 4 hour process. My self created energy drink consists of 1 tsp each of organic: maca powder, lucuma powder, super fusion blend, cacao, spirulina, and a few dashes of himalayan sea salt. Have I noticed a difference in adding RR salidroside to the mix? I think so. Previously I had taken about 30 drops of rhodiola rosea rosavin in alkaline water with chlorophyll extract prior to exercising. That seemed to work pretty well. But I think I noticed a slight uptick in calmness as well as energy from the newest RR addition, and I don't think as a placebo effect. Since I bought the kilo pack of RR powder I have committed to this strategy for the long haul. I also gave my girl friend some of it because of its adaptogenic and anti dementia attributes. So while the jury is still out, I think this RR 3% salidroside is the real deal and I intend to continue taking it until I run out, which will probably be1-2 years away owing to the small recommended serving size. Bulksupplements recommends 1/16 of a teaspoon but because of my exercise regimen I take 1/8 ---with seemingly no downside side effects after 5 days. I may experiment with slightly increasing the dosage on marathon exercise days (which are only 1-2 days per week owing to recovery time). All in all I recommend the product, and endorse Bulksupplement as a good supplier of this and many other health enhancing supplements.

The quality of this batch has been significantly reduced compared to the one I bought January. The bitter taste is gone. The potency too has greatly diminished. I don’t feel much calmness or energy when I take it.

This stuff seems to help a lot with recovery time after hard workouts. Muscle aches and soreness are not a big deal anymore. I can't really comment on if it increases performance but it helps with mood and energy levels. Sidenote - i use the toss and wash method with just about every herbal supplement so I'm pretty used to taking nasty tasting stuff but this stuff is EXTREMELY unpleasant tasting and the taste really lingers for a while so I'd recommend putting it into capsules. Even in capsules i still can taste it on my breath and when i burp for a while after so definitely have some sort of plan to help it go down.

I use it regularly at work. I don't get any jitters but working overtime is easier. Other people who tried it said the same thing. It's not like I even know I take it, I just work longer and when I'm asked to do overtime, I take it bc its pay without the expense of travel. I never used to have the energy to work OT. So Rhodiola paid for itself already. Bulksupplements ships quickly and I like the packaging, although this time I bought the large package and I put it in jars and use a tiny spoon. I mix in a little warm water first and add cold and drink. I use a little OJ or black cherry to cover the flavor
