Cools down my entire upstairs. Easy installation. Very quiet. Remote control offers ease of use This has been a life saver during days of over 90 degree temperatures. I lived through several years of heat and only wish I had bought this AC earlier.

This brand of air conditioner has recommended by my cabin neighbor. Cooled our cabin perfectly during very hot humid weeks. Looks great and is very quiet. Super easy to set up and move to another area when not in use. We love it!!

Update: If I could go to zero stars I would. The customer service has been horrible!! I have been trying to get a replacement for this defective unit for months. All of my emails went ignored and all of the promises for a call back were lies. I finally reached them through social media and someone reached out via email but then never replied after that. I just need a replacement, this is horrible!! I feel completely ripped off. I got the De'Longhi PACEX370LN-6AL DG Portable Air Conditioner, Dark Gray to cool a small space the size of an average bedroom. When it's working it cools great, but it shuts itself down a lot. Sometimes it says it needs to be drained and there is hardly any water in there at all but it shuts down anyway. Sometimes it turns off completely without warning.

Everything's done for you all you got to do is open your window put the slide in attached the hose and then turn it on and it works wonderful!!!! It's quiet it works fast it's wonderful I love it!! My son has the bigger one and told me to get the smaller 1 and I did and I'm very very pleased with it.

I have 2 zone central AC system but 2nd floor system is broken, needs replacement. I decided to get portable unit for temporary solution. The rooms in my house are large with high ceilings. I purchased 3 Delonghi units 700 sq/ft, 550 sq/ft and this model 500 sq/ft. It is very quiet compare to other models but the cool power is not adequate. In my opinion, Air coming out from the unit doesn’t feel cold enough. The delivery experience was ok. Amazon freight delivery guys were very nice. I saw the box was laid sideway means I have to sit the unit for at least 24 hours before I can turn it on. When I saw the box, it looked beat up. I lifted the top box to reveal the AC, I see minor scratches here and there. I was questioning myself if this is brand new unit. I see little gap on the top of the unit it looked someone opened the unit and didn’t put it back properly. Also there are two questionable broken plastic pieces on bottom of the box. I’m deciding if I should get the replacement. My purchase experience on this product is not quite happy. Overall it is great product.

I've had the same model for about 8 years but it's starting to get noisy. I had to replace the fan a few years ago because I didn't keep the filter clean. Now I wash it about every 2 weeks. It's still cooling here in sunny Arizona but I got the new one just in case. Obviously, I like the air conditioner. KEEP THE WASHABLE FILTER CLEAN!

Very loud on all modes. Cools just ok. Electric bill almost doubled. I would suggest a window unit over this if you are trying to decide which way to go.

It definitely fulfills my needs and it performs just as described. The Installation is a little tricky but depends on type of windows you have. I had to modify the window insert but it was worth it. Great Value 👍

Hace mucho ruido, pero funciona muy bien!

El control remoto no funciona y parece usado, el condensador esta golpeado y el logo de laarca raspado. Pésimo por Amazon

Llego con la caja abierta, sin protecciones. Aún que funciona, también llego con daños estéticos.

El producto está usado, se ve en el filtro que está sucio

Llegó el producto dañado, raspado, con desperfectos. No parece un producto nuevo, para eso mejor lo hubiera comprado de segunda mano!
