Difficult Refund
At first, everything seemed fine. Eventually the Laptop started misbehaving and switching off on its own. Requested a return, seller approved and I returned it but seller didn’t refund me. Had to open dispute and chased Amazon. After a long back and forth, Amazon refunded my money.

Arrived today. After 'updating' for 4 hours its now completely frozen. Not what you'd expect from a refurbished laptop. Seller has approved the return but not answered my msgs. Obviously a scam
