Very nice but...
Just be careful when attaching. You don't realize how tight to go so it keeps turning and if you don't pay attention the plastic holder starts to bend and crack. There is no stop... will just keep turning until it snaps. Other than that, very convenient gadget.

Game changer
I have this for my rolling desk (I’m a physical therapist) and it has been a game changer!! I drink so much more water throughout the day now because of it conveniently being near me and easy to grab and the hook attachment is awesome for holding bands I use. Definitely couldn’t go without it now!!
