I'm 6 ft. 3 in. tall with most of my height in my legs and this is a little short for me, but I am fine and I don't need a lot of support assistance. However, this works well and can be easily adjusted to various levels of support assistance. This is especially useful for individuals who cannot do a single pull-up or chin-up without any assistance and for those who can do unassisted reps you can then add the needed support to do more reps in good form so that your endurance and strength grows. It is well worth the $40-$50 (after tax, etc.) spent if you want to add pull-up/chin-up bar body weight exercises into your workout regimen.

I like that I can now actually do a pull up and chin up. However, I would still like even more assistance cause my arms are weak. As I build my strength it will be perfect! It’s perfect for my Hubby he was able to get way more reps done in a set. Very easy to use, it clip around my pull-up bar easy. Adjustment easy, too.

I've had this for a few months now and am extremely pleased overall. It seems to be very well made and I suspect it's going to be useable for a very long time without breaking down. It's fully adjustable, meaning that depending on both your body size, and amount of assistance you desire, it will accommodate both. I've used it with a few different adjustments, thereby giving different amounts of assistance, and my overall impression is that it's one of the best fitness products i've purchased. If you're trying to do successful pull ups with exactly proper form, and get stronger over time, I recommend this product overall.

The only dislike I have is the edge of the stirrup rubs my shin and I have to put a band around it to keep it from causing significant abrasions when wearing shorts but otherwise I love this addition to my workout. It is super easy to use, durable and does exactly what it says it will do with multiple levels of assistance to get me where I want to be. I have tried for 8 months to master a pull-up and I’m sure with this it will happen now!!!!

The name of the product on Amazon is "INTENT SPORTS Pull Up Assist Band MAX 200 - UP to 200 LB of Assistance" so I was expecting to get 200 lbs of assistance when adjusted properly. However the booklet that comes with the product says it "will remove approximately 100 pounds of your body weight", and I'm inclined to think the booklet is correct. I can do a pull-up using the assisted pull-up machine at my gym set to 100 lbs of assistance. But I cannot do a pull-up with this strap even when it is set to its shortest possible length (maximum assistance). The strap seems otherwise well made, aside from the fact that it's weaker than expected. I think I'm going to buy a second strap and use one on each foot. I should be able to get enough assistance that way I think.

Excellent product. Easy to install, easy to use, and adjustable so that me and my nine-year-old son are both able to use the product efficiently. Highly recommended.

I'm kind of a beginner/intermediate level. I'm at about 200 lbs, I have a home gym with a pull-up station and I can't do a pull-up to save my life. That's before I purchased this pull-up assist band. After about 2 months of assisted pull-ups, I now can do a single unassisted pull-up! I'm guessing in a years time I can do a bit more than just 1. Small steps at a time. Now, let's talk about the band. Like I said, I'm about 200 lbs, and it can pull me up without a hiccup. The band is very strong. I'm standing on the strap with all of my weight on it and it's still very bouncy. The straps that hold the bands together are very well constructed and very heavy duty. I'm guessing this thing will last for years. So if you want to start doing pull-ups, start with this band. You could even bring it to your gym if they permit outside equipment. Because there shouldn't be any shame in needing assistance. Every "pro" was a beginner at one point. And that's my 2 cents.
