Does it come with a carrying pouch or case?

Great idea but mine did not come with a pouch. Since I use mine with my bone conducting headphone, I throw mine in the same pouch.

Is this good for shooting?

Expanding on Brian D's reply, particularly if you shoot at an indoor range. Consider Decibullz' 33dB NRR Percussive Earplug offering: https://www.amazon.com/B06XN6B7M1 These are both better at blocking the impulse noise of the muzzle blast's shockwave and they also allow hearing spoken commands. Also keep in mind that your hearing response is logarithmic as is the Decibel scale. Each dB of attenuation reduces noise impinging on your eardrums by a factor 10. Cheers!

I don’t think so. They are minimally sound proof, so I seriously doubt that they’re waterproof.
