Does it work on oiled filters?

No, the K&N 99-0624 Synthetic Air Filter Cleaner Spray is for K&N dry air filters only.

Can i use this to clean a aem dry flow air filter ?

I have 2 AEM 21-203DK Dryflow Air Filters that I use this on.If you watch the K&N video bit.ly/1ODiK2v , it should answer all of your concerns.As for drying time, I rotate my filters on a 6 month basis (as I only put 5000 miles on my car annually).The video suggests that you should let your filter thoroughly dry (or at least slightly damp) before reinstalling. So if you clean it late at night and let it sit in a well ventilated area till morning, that should also suffice.

Is k&n 99-0624 synthetic air filter cleaner to be used on ru-3102hbk universal air filter?

Yes...use it on any oil-free synthetic filter. I use the AEM Dry-Flow filter, but it is made by K&N. Do not use citric degreaser products as those will clean but will remove the color in the filter. You can also use AEM 1-1000 Dry-Flow filter cleaner.

Worked well for cleaning my old K&N filter

I bought this K&N air filter cleaner to clean a reusable performance air filter before re-oiling it. It was easy to spray on and helped loosen the dirt and old oil from the filter without needing to scrub aggressively. I let it soak for a short while, rinsed it through carefully and the filter came up much cleaner than before. It is one of those products where you need to follow the instructions properly and allow the filter to fully dry before oiling/refitting it, so it is not a 5-minute job, but it does the job well. Overall, I would recommend it if you have a reusable cotton-style air filter and want to clean it properly rather than just blowing it out or replacing it unnecessarily.
