Nutravita Biotin Hair Supplement 12,000mcg - 365 Vegan - Full Year Supply

I've been using Biotin tablets every day for a year now and my hair has grown much faster, but mostly, it's so much thicker, healthier and stronger. My natural curls also hold much better. My skin has also been massively improved. Highly recommend

UPDATE: I've noticed that I've broken out in acne within the month of taking the tablets. I'm male and almost 40, and never had problems since a teenager. Yet since taking these I've had 3 really huge painful spots, 2 of which were almost like mini bruises, one above my eyebrow, others on the cheeks. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Can't comment on the nutritional gains just yet. But first thing you notice is the odour when you open the tub. Smells like a mild stink bomb, but it's tolerable if you don't keep the lid open too long. Couple tips: for the same reason, swallow the tablet immediately otherwise you risk your mouth smelling the same. And close the lid tight otherwise your cupboard will start smelling too! Crazy yes, but the smell must be related to one of the other ingredients. I've been sticking with it for a few weeks, hope to see some benefits. Finger nails are growing quicker though, just hoping to see benefits on my hair now!

This is my first order of this brand via Amazon as they are out of stock on the Nutravita site for this quantity and strength. I first started taking them last year after losing my hair due to illness. My hair and nails started to replenish again so I thought I would continue taking them.

I started taking these about 11 months ago. I'm about to order more. I don't have the fastest-growing hair, but I'm certain they have helped with my hair growth and, importantly for me, regrowth. I notice there's less shedding when I wash my hair too. I think my nails grow more quickly too now, although that wasn't a reason for taking it, for me. I've seen comments that they have made people feel sick or that they've caused a breakout of spots. I haven't experienced either of these. I mostly take them with food, usually breakfast unless I forget. They're teeny tablets, so easy to take. They're a very good price for a year's supply. I don't know how the quality compares to the much more expensive stuff - I decided I couldn't justify spending £25 a month on a different biotin product, especially after trying collagen for a while and feeling it really didn't do much to help at all. Wish I'd tried biotin first and started taking it sooner! I did read up on biotin a lot before buying any. I couldn't find any worrying side effects, though do your own research/speak to your GP etc., BUT taking biotin can interfere with the results of certain tests such as blood tests, so if you're having anything like that let your GP know, as they will likely ask you to stop the biotin for X days before the tests.

Can't comment on the effectiveness of the tablets but boy oh boy do they smell and taste vile. Yes, we all know that some, supplements especially, tablets do pong/taste bad, but these are truly evil. I have a keen sense of smell too so I'm not sure whether I'm going to be able to continue taking them as they really do make me gag!!

The pills smell so awful and make the whole cupboard smell, even with the bottle tightly closed! Both myself and my husband had to stop taking these after a week as they caused us both to get the worst nausea! It was definitely these supplements - I tried re-starting them after a break of a week and the nausea and stomach pain returned, despite taking them with food. I do not recommend these supplements as they have been a complete waste of money, the cupboard still smells and they made us feel sick. Ended up in the bin!!

in terms of odor, I think it smells like the collagen powder I used to drink, but it won't affect your breathe at all, so it's totally fine to me. can see small hair growing after 2 weeks of consumption. looking forward to see if it can help grow thicker hair. I've tried different biotin products before, this Nutravita Biotin is really good value and convenient to buy 1 yr portion in one go.

Bonjour, J'ai commandé de la biotine nutravita et je l'ai reçue hier le 07 août 2025. . je me rends compte que la validité va jusque mai 2026 alors que c'est 365 comprimés pour un an?? Est-ce normal? je devais normalement recevoir un pot avec une validité allant jusque août 2026. Merci pour votre retour?
