You probably need to “descale”. Mineral deposits from water build up and stop flow. Buy the de scaling liquid, run it through, problem solved.

The Nespresso machine using disk pod are professional grade (commercial). I don't think you will find this on any store. Those machine are not cheap. The best way will be to contact Nespresso directly.
