This is extremely good value for money, and it is certainly longer lasting than cheaper versions of a similar product. It contains nothing except what you would expect to get from pure prunes.

Perfect for bowel movement
Only very few things make my bowel move, this is definitely one of the topmost!!! Taste is also very nice. I sometimes blend other fruits and vegetables with it to give it texture and turn it into a meal and reduce bloating/gas.

Variable in flavour: my first order was fine but this recent one they were too strong and slightly acrid : bought instead of Benefit but won’t again : and not cheap : Benefit are much more reliable and they’re much more pleasant
