Good grip, doesn’t slide down. Only bad thing is one of the labels have now come off and it’s sticky under that. That’s down to wear and tear.

I have normal to small size adult female head and they wouldn't stay on my, once I started running about on court. I have given them to my 17 year old son, whose head is much bigger and they're a good fit for him
