Do I get two Goals with this order ?

Hello, This would just be for one individual goal. Thank you, ASAPSPORTS

can it be used on cement?

I don’t think so as it is very lightweight and would move around on cement. We use the stakes to secure it into the ground in our backyard.

What size is appropriate for a very serios 9 year old soccer player?

It should be, our granddaughter is 6.5 and I got it for her.

How big is the packaging for the 6x4 goal? I’m purchasing this as a gift and want to make sure I can transport it in a small sedan.

I purchased the 10X5 and the package was flat, yes- it would have fit in my car.
