If I could give this 50 stars, I would. Life has been incredibly difficult lately, due to anxiety that has kept me house ridden for years. On top of that, I have major stage fright, but singing helps me a lot and I want to share it with others. Sadly the anxiety makes it hard to do this and I often isolate myself. Today I had the opportunity to sing for a community charitable event. I needed to do it. Facing my fears is a huge deal to me as exposure therapy is highly recommended for these things. I had purchased this to use prior the performance and it helped so, so much. My anxiety wasn't completely gone, but it had been dulled down a lot! I couldn't believe the difference. I didn't fidget as much either. This is actually life changing. Of course, with any supplement, I can't stress enough how important it is to check the safety. For example, can you take it with other medications or supplements? Can you take it long term? Is it suitable for your age, or do you have any pre existing health conditions? Best to always consult a pharmacist or your GP first, just to be sure. I do believe this particular herb works on modulating the GABA receptors in the brain. When added to water, it's tasteless. You add 40 drops. This is a big bottle and the efficacy of it is wonderful. Therefore, it's great value and will last a long time. I'm away for a snooze now, as it's nearly midnight. But apparently it gives interesting dreams! I shall see.

Changed my life this bottle ! To say it reset my nervous system is an understatement! My brother and sister and my family members have all been told and given a sample !! Unbelievable I seen a lady talk about it and needed the help want feeling great ! But this is a miracle in a bottle
