Bought this as a water bowl for the local dog park since the fountain was broken. It worked great and was very durable. I imagine si much so that someone ended up stealing it, but not before gettin 3 months of use out of it.

Works as intended. i mix and proof baguette dough in it. fits in fridge for overnight proofing.

Its a great lightweight mixing bowl and its a good size, only problem i have with is theres a blackish residue on the metal and it smudges whenever i try wiping it off and no amount of soap or scrubbing will get it off.

3 quarts is smaller than you think. I don't think it's worth the price for how very thin the metal is. It's a nice shape and pretty but I had been hoping it might double as bakeware and I have no confidence that this would hold up in the oven. I also got the 5 quart one and I think that one is more worth the money, but it is still smaller and lighter weight than you expect. I wouldn't trust that one in the oven either. Pull the sticker off *very* slowly and it's not bad. I like them enough to keep, but only because returns are my nemesis. I wish I'd more thoroughly checked thrift stores for something more suitable.
