Can anyone tell me the exact sim card i need please so its guaranteed to work and not a wasted gift?. Thank you

Hi, in the UK you can use an EE SIM card.

How do you work the pedometer. When my child walks the steps automatically go in the million numbers instead of 1, 2, 3, 4 etc

You can contact me through the following email and send your order number. I will solve the problem for you. Thank you. bojieus@outlook.com

Can you wash the straps in the washing machine?

Hello, it is recommended to wash by hand to avoid damage to the plastic parts.

Pedometer not working? Is there anything to need to do? When you click on pedometer it has a play or refresh button but it doesnt count steps

Hello, please put your watch on your hand, click Step Count, please start walking, and wait patiently for a while to update the step count. If you have any questions, please contact me through the following email. bojieus@outlook.com
