UPDATE: the owner was genuinely concerned about the product and requested the lot# to find the root cause. Meanwhile she me some other samples. I think this is fantastic customer service. Not just a "bribe" but a genuine concern that there is a product issue, and a sense of urgency to fix it. I found out that after I dug deeper in the bag the flavor was the same I always enjoyed. Maybe some particles sunk lower? updated to five stars because the excellent customer service which I think makes or breaks a product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this again but they have reformulated the product. It used to have a rich, significant licorice flavor component,but now that's all gone and frankly, it tastes just very flat.

Love this tea and my sister also has had decreased stomach problems since she tried some of mine. She ended up buying more for herself. Worth the investment! Wish the sold larger bags at a more reasonable price as we’d like to use it more often.

Sooo yummy and warm!!! This is such soothing tea - like a warm hug!!! Very reminiscent of a Thai ice tea flavor with turmeric and ginger as a spicy kick! Highly recommend as a wonderful warm morning lift or even a bedtime cozy read-a-book-with-warm-fluffy-socks tea!! I savor every sip!!!! Such a special blend!!

Update: I decided to try grinding this tea to see if it would taste stronger. It worked great. There is quite a bite to it and a sort of hotness.....maybe from the ginger. It is still quite sweet from the licorice, so it is a nice contrast. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped my health issues, but I expected that as nothing I have tried in the past (turmeric, vitamins, creams, magnesium, cinnamon, etc.) has been effective either. Muscle relaxer, ibuprofen, and a cbd muscle rub with lidocane are the only things that improve my pain and stiffness.........but this tea tastes great and is considered healthy and drinking this is a great alternative to having a beer in the evening, which is full of carbs and not good for my keto diet. One of my favorite teas is joint comfort, but it was unavailable in multi packs and is more expensive than this tea. The joint comfort has many herbs in it, along with tumeric and licorice. One or more of the other herbs must really add to the flavor profile. This tea is good, just not a replacement for my favorite. A few days of drinking it hasn't been enough to notice any difference in my pain or stiffness, but it looks like a quality product and in the bag it certainly has plenty of aroma, which leads me to believe the quality is good and it has not sat around a long time and lost it's freshness. It was worth purchasing and if I found some of the missing herbs/spices to add with it, this may be able to replace what I was using before.

I have had many many teas, and loose teas. This is a flavorful tea. I have had it cold and hot. I don’t sweeten because I don’t want the added sugar. Adding a touch of honey would be great. It’s a touch spicy but you can control that with how much and how long you steep the tea. I get a second use after the first tea. I love the clean ingredients and benefits overall!!! Will be buying again.

There is nothing I know of to dislike about this tea. It can help so many people with inflammation. I wish doctors could give this to patients who suffer from joint pain and inflammation. For me, I stumbled on this looking for help with pain in my legs and thighs at night. Some sort of arthritis. Gone! I was starting to limit some movement. Now, I dont have any swelling or aches. In just 2 days I'm belly dancing for exercise without the fear of my body retaliating the next day. I cant say enough. No more asprin or ibuprofen needed. This tea is a true gift of grace that expanded my quality of life.

I haven't tried it yet... wanted to be sure to leave a review now, as I tend to get very busy. It is an absolutely gorgeous tea that smells phenomenal. It's obviously crafted with care. I bought this full price and can most definitely smell the fantastic quality. The order came with a very nice hand written note from the owner of the company. I am impressed Amazon. Can't wait to add this to my morning routine tea mix.
