Amazing ginger foot pads
I have been buying these detox foot pads for a while now. Initially I was very sceptical but as soon as I started using them I noticed I felt more energetic and, for some reason, my digestion has also improved! They are easy to apply and once you start using them you will notice, after a while, they are less black, meaning they are working through your body and you have less toxins. For some reason, another positive effect for me is that they put me in a good mood and make me feel motivated, they certainly lift my mood and I have recommended to friends.

It works well if you use the correct side
The patches work but they don't get 5 stars because it doesn't explain the correct way to stick the patch to the adhesive. One side of the patch is smoother than the other. You MUST stick the SMOOTH side to the adhesive so that the porous side is touching your foot. Personally I did not have any issues with the patches sticking to my feet overnight as I wore socks which may have helped to keep them in place. I also did not have any issues removing them. I will buy these again

Absolute rubbish. Can't peel the protective film off. Complete waste of money! Seeking refund from seller. Would give less than 1 star if it was available

Excellent product
Helped with pain in my foot which was getting worse after a month with doctors medicine not helping. After I used patches it's much better. Would strongly recommend
