Love that it is clean ingredients. Not 100% sure about sunflower lecithin but still a very clean protein powder nonetheless. The flavor is also great. I make a shake with it every day and have also used it in yogurt. Also dissolves pretty well.

I use this to make high protein ice cream. I think it's fine, I try to use it sparingly as a alternative when I don't eat enough real food. In general I think it will likely help fulfill your goals as I like the fact that they're not lots of ingredients and it's a pretty clean product with few ingredients, all of which I can read unlike some of the other products out there.

Tastes great and mixes completely, zero clumping. Stevia and munk fruit sweetener, NOT sucralose like other powders. No aftertaste in my opinion. Might be the best whey protein powder that I've tried. Its become my daily breakfast with some whole grains on the side. Definitely buying this again.
